  • 1c LUT Blend
  • The white of 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix together LUT blend, egg white and spices until it forms a ball.
  • Transfer to a lined bring tray. Cover with another sheet of baking paper and roll with a rolling pin until evenly flat
  • Cut to desired shape with pizza cutter and bake for 15 minutes, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
  • Remove, cool and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
